1. How to shop
If you like our products and are interested in making a purchase, follow the steps below:
. Add a product to the shopping cart.
. Log in. If this is the first time you are ordering from us, you will be asked to submit your information (name and surnames, email address, street address, payment method, etc.) and create an account.
. Fill in your billing and delivery preferences.
. Choose your form of payment: credit card or bank transfer.

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders such as those which may have been requested by a customer with whom some difference/controversy may have been had in previous purchases, or when there exists the reasonable possibility that the customer is committing some form of illegal activity.
Orders may only be placed to acquire goods without intention of resale. Any resale or distribution of the products acquired through this website is strictly prohibited.
In placing an order, you guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to sign binding contracts.
2. Conditions of sale
2.1 Delivery time
Deliveries will be made by an express shipping company within a period of 24-48 hours, 1-2 business days.
If the order is placed before 13:00 hours (1 o’clock in the afternoon), delivery will be made the following day.
Deliveries may take longer during markdown periods, Christmas campaigns or in the event of customs procedures or other circumstances resulting from (for informational purposes only) geographic distance, meteorological conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, supplier non-compliance, etc. as well as any other cause attributable to the logistics operator responsible for delivering the product. We will not be responsible for delays which may occur for any of the reasons listed above.
If, at the time of delivery, the package appears to be damaged, you must open it while the logistics operator is still present to verify the condition of the articles ordered. If damage is observed, you must describe the damage in a delivery report and send it to us. We will repair or replace, cost-free, any articles damaged or lost during transport, provided that you notify us about the incident as soon as possible.
Once the order has been delivered, it will become part of your property and therefore, any damages which may occur will be your own responsibility.
2.2 Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over €65 (shipped within the Peninsula).

All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is completed, you will be informed as soon as possible by email or phone and your order will be totally or partially cancelled.

2.4 Shipping your order
Shipments will be made through the packet transport agency contracted by L’Antarragó and will be delivered to the address indicated when the order is placed.
Our transport agency will do everything it can to arrange the delivery with the recipient and will make up to two delivery attempts. If, in the end, the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be cancelled and, after a timely review, the money will be returned, except for the travel costs incurred.
2.5 Forms of payment
-Payment by credit card. Quick and safe.
You can pay directly on the website. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. In the last step of the purchasing process, you will have to enter your card number and its expiration date to complete the payment with total security. Once the card payment is finished, you will receive confirmation on our website and at the email address you have provided us.
This information will not be saved or processed by us, but rather, will be directly registered in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity. The charge will be made in real time through the payment gateway Stripe. If, in the end, the charge cannot be processed (for any reason), the order will be cancelled automatically.
If you prefer, you can make your payment through a bank transfer to the bank account number we will provide you in the last step of the purchasing process.
In this case, the purchase will be processed from the moment the transfer appears in our bank account.
Once the payment has been made and everything is correct, you will receive an email confirming your order. Later, you will receive a second email when your order has been sent.
After your order is confirmed, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website. You will have to contact us and it may only be modified or cancelled if the article has not entered the phase of expedition from our warehouses.
You may return your order within a period of 14 calendar days after the purchase is received. In this case, notify L’Antarragó of the return, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the name of your order and reason for returning it.
If one of the following situations occurs:
a) If the product acquired does not satisfy the user. The return being produced within the previously mentioned period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original seal intact, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. Returns of products without their original packaging will not be accepted. Transportation costs will be charged to the customer.
b) When the products are defective. In this case, credible proof of the product’s poor condition is required. L’Antarragó will collect the defective product and send the user a replacement at no additional cost.
c) In the event that the defect is caused by a shipping incident, you must report it within a period of 24 hours after reception to the email addres email@example.com
Reimbursement of amounts paid:
If the amounts paid must be reimbursed, L’Antarragó will do so via bank transfer to the account number indicated by the user. The reimbursement will be made once the condition of the product returned has been verified and validated and once it has been confirmed that the payment has been effective with no possibility of withdrawal.
2.7 Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 calendar days after you or a third party indicated by you, other than the transporter, comes into material possession of the good acquired.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of your decision to cancel the purchase before the expiration of the corresponding period.
If you choose to cancel your purchase, we will fully reimburse you on the money received, including shipping costs, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision. This reimbursement will be made using the same payment method which was used for the initial transaction or through bank transfer.
We will only accept the return of products in perfect conditions, and you must return them correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect state, without unsealing, without signs of having been opened, with all their accessories and the receipt.
Once the products have been received, if they show any type of manipulation, damage or indication that they have, or may have, been opened, modified or altered, the product in question will be immediately returned to the client via post upon delivery, with shipping costs charged to the user.
The right to cancel requires the user to submit the product exactly as it was received, unused and in its original packaging, in such a way that prevents deterioration during shipping, taking responsibility for any damages which may occur in transit.
If appropriate, once the articles have been examined and verified, L’Antarragó will proceed to reimburse the amount paid in the same form as the payment was made or via bank transfer in a period of no more than 14 days after the date the products are received.
2.8 Guarantee of satisfaction
If a product is ruined during shipping, contact us and we will find the best solution.

MODIFICATION OF GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
L’Antarragó reserves the right to modify the general terms of sale without prior notice, being able to change, eliminate or add both the contents and services presented on its website as well as the way they appear to be presented or located therein.
These changes must be accepted by you, the user, every time you make a purchase through the website.
Users who do not agree with the modification of the general conditions must notify us and, starting from the date on which the new version becomes active, should stop using the website.
In the event that some terms of the general terms of sale are declared to be integral and non-opposable by legal decision, the other provisions will maintain their validity.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This site is located and operated in Spain. All issues pertaining to this site are governed by Spanish law and fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals of Spain, without regard to choice-of-law principles.
In the event that the client does not have the condition of consumer or user, or resides outside of Spain, they will be bound by the courts and tribunals of Lleida, expressly renouncing any other jurisdictional territory to which they may pertain.
If you decide to use or consult this site outside of Spain, keep in mind that you are doing so on your own initiative and that you are responsible for complying with the pertinent laws.
The present contract will enter into force and take full effect from the moment in which the acceptance of the client or user is produced.
